and PIABA's failure to do the honorable things like taking actions to correct his bogus falsehoods and discipline him for his libelous untruths - we are denying PIABA members the use of this and all our other services. We will not support PIABA in any way.

We are very sorry for these events and truly wish we could help you find new clients and help wronged investors. But Fred's lies are more important to PIABA - and they obviously do not value truth or integrity.

Unlike some individuals and organizations - we have principals and ethics that we will always defend and fight for. Especial when it comes to the truth!

We are also encouraging the investing public not to be influenced by any attorneys promoting their Piaba membership as a special reason to hire them.

PIABA's weak, rudderless and bureaucratic leadership is totally failing its membership and costing you potential clients.

Fred's actions will be costing PIABA members millions.
